Exercise Shmexercise!

So my doctor has been on my ass about exercise.  I've been on my own ass about exercise.  My body is odd. 

I'm slender but still prone to high cholesterol and high blood pressure.  And I'm not a kid but I eat like one.  My four food groups are coffee, pasta, ribeyes and ice cream.

I do like to have salad with my California French dressing.  But it's such a pain in the ass to make salad.  

Why can't salad come in a can for 89 cents at the local market?  Geez!

So I made myself just f*cking walk already. I did 25 minutes.  Whopptee doo!

It's a start. 

Eventually I'll get off track.

Maybe tomorrow.

But today I did it.

Today is all that matters.
